One of my professors does nothing but talk about her time at Air Canada as Global Marketing Head. Except she is now a professor at Dalhousie of all places so it can't have gone well.I'm starting to hate Air Canada too.
My friend works for them- she said that their unofficial motto is "We're not happy until you're not happy."
